The current model has a 2400cc MIVEC turbo diesel with four-wheel drive. Many older L200s on Kenyan roads have a 2500cc diesel. In Mitsubishi's figures it uses about the same fuel as the Pajero Sport, which has a similar 2400cc diesel. It is sold in some markets as the Triton.
