The Isuzu Elf is a Japanese light truck, imported used for deliveries, building materials and small businesses. Most have the 3000cc four-cylinder turbo diesel with rear-wheel drive, often with an automated manual gearbox. Isuzu's official Japanese figures show it uses far less fuel than the larger Forward truck. It is the Japanese version of the N-series trucks that Isuzu East Africa sells new. Expect about 8.2 km/L, or KSh 27.75 per km at today's Nairobi diesel price.
