The Subaru XV is a compact crossover based on the Impreza but raised higher, with all-wheel drive, for families and rough roads. Most on Kenyan roads have the 2000cc petrol engine with a CVT automatic, and some have the 1600cc, which uses about the same fuel. The e-BOXER mild hybrid uses less fuel and cannot be plugged in. It uses about the same fuel as the Forester with the 2000cc engine. Expect about 11.8 km/L, or KSh 19.22 per km at today's Nairobi petrol price.
