Petrol at KSh 226.96 per litre (EPRA, 15 Oct to 14 Nov 2026). Updated 25 Oct 2026.
The Suzuki Swift is a small five-door hatchback for town driving and daily commuting. Most on Kenyan roads are Japanese imports with the 1200cc petrol engine and a CVT automatic. Many have Suzuki's mild hybrid system, which uses clearly less fuel and cannot be plugged in. Four-wheel-drive versions use a little more fuel. It uses about the same fuel as the taller Solio, which has the same engine. Expect about 17.3 km/L, or KSh 13.13 per km at today's Nairobi petrol price.
