The Subaru Levorg is a sporty mid-size estate car with all-wheel drive and a turbo petrol engine. Most on Kenyan roads have the 1600cc turbo with a CVT automatic. Some have the much stronger 2000cc turbo, which uses clearly more fuel. The 1600cc uses a little less fuel than a non-turbo Forester. Expect about 12.7 km/L, or KSh 17.91 per km at today's Nairobi petrol price.
