Kilometres per litre. No figures from drivers yet, so this is the official WLTP figure adjusted for Kenyan roads. How we calculate
Diesel at KSh 227.76 per litre (EPRA, 15 Oct to 14 Nov 2026). Updated 27 Oct 2026.
The Land Rover Defender is a rugged four-wheel-drive SUV. Most recent imports are the new Defender 110 with the 3000cc D300 six-cylinder diesel and an eight-speed automatic. The 2000cc P300 petrol uses clearly more fuel in Land Rover's figures. The older, boxy Defender 110 is still seen on Kenyan roads but is a different vehicle. Expect about 9.3 km/L, or KSh 24.38 per km at today's Nairobi diesel price.
