About the A4

The Audi A4 is a compact executive saloon, with an estate version called the Avant, for professionals and families. Most imports have the 2000cc TFSI turbo petrol and a seven-speed S tronic automatic, often with quattro all-wheel drive. Front-wheel-drive versions use a little less fuel. In Audi's UK figures the 1400cc TFSI uses about the same fuel as the front-wheel-drive 2000cc. It uses more fuel than the smaller A3. Expect about 11.2 km/L, or KSh 20.34 per km at today's Nairobi petrol price.
